Friday Fiver - Musical secrets

Which song or musical artist always reminds you of a specific person you know?
Bad English's 'When I See You Smile' always makes me think of the first guy I ever really loved. It's a song that I will always treasure but one I can barely listen to anymore because of the memories attached to it.

Which song or artist is your guilty pleasure?
I don't really have musical guilty pleasures. I'm not ashamed to say when I like a band. Although if you'd have asked me when Britney Spears came out, she would definitely have been a guilty pleasure. Of course, I'm not going to openly raise my hand and openly admit I like boybands unless I am asked upfront then I will confess.

There was once a time when every TV show had a theme song. Which is your favorite?
I loved the theme song to the TV Show Jack and Jill. The song was called 'The Truth about Romeo' and sung by Pancho's Lament. Don't ask me why, but I liked that song.

My ultimate favorite though is the Dukes of Hazzard theme, also known as the wonderful Waylon Jennings 'Good Ole Boys'

Which song can you absolutely not stand?
I still hate Baha Men's 'Who Let The Dogs Out'. It's no surprise it was listed on Rolling Stone's 2007's '20 most annoying songs of all time' list.

What is your personal theme song?

I have more than one. New York New York is my happy mood theme song but ultimately my songs are WASP's 'Restless Gypsy', Poison's 'Ride the Wind' and Bon Jovi's 'Blame It On The Love of Rock n Roll'. Yeah, I'm a real 80's girl. I know.
